Return Policy

At Northstar Folio LLC, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
2. Returns
Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
Condition: Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
Receipt: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
3. Refunds
Processing: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Timeframe: You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
4. Exchanges
Eligibility: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival and packaging is unopened.

5. Shipping
Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exceptions: If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
